Best Western Plus Franciscan Square Inn and Suites Steubenville

The staff was extremely helpful and polite. The hotel was also very clean and didn't smell like incense. Food and activities were near by with easy access. I will definitely return to this location.

Probably the best place to stay in Steubenville. Hotel is clean, has a coffee machine that makes fresh coffee and espresso drinks all day. Good location near the university and some restaurants. Rooms are reasonably sized and clean. Don’t think they clean every day (or didn’t for our trip). Walls are very thin…so I’d recommend being far from the elevator and a top floor if you’re a light sleeper.

Nice hotel with beautiful view. Beds and pillows were pretty comfortable and rooms were clean. The free hot breakfast had a good variety, and the lady working it was prompt with refilling low items and cleaning off tables for the next patrons. Theres also a nice restaurant and other food options right across the driveway. We would stay here again if in the area.

We have stayed at Hampton Inns the last few years on minivacations. We thought they were the best. Then we stayed at Best Western. Everything about it was better except price. The place was immaculate. Our room was like it was new. Everything was like new. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was outstanding. We could not find one fault with our stay. Thank You.

Wonderful breakfast made by a smiling and helpful lady named Bridget. She was very welcoming. They had a nice pool and plenty of workout equipment for us to enjoy. We will be back many times. Thank you.
