Bertucci's Italian Restaurant

I have nothing but extremely positive things to say about this Bertucci’s location. First, I want to start off by saying how delicious the food was. From the fresh rolls (literally), to the perfectly cooked chicken parm, to the delicious chicken piccata, and to the fresh salads with the best dressing! Most importantly, the service was absolutely amazing. The manager, Candace was so welcoming. You can tell how much she cares about her staff as well. Our server, Chloe was such a delight. She was super friendly, accommodating, and gave us great recommendations on what to get. The whole staff truly seemed to enjoy what they’re doing and seemed to all work so well together. I highly recommend dining here! We also got a delicious cheese pizza to go!

I enjoyed My Dinner So Much. They have decorated for the Holidays and It makes it feel homie and festive. I had the Chicken Baked Tortolleni and Cant Forget the Rolls also Ordered a Small Pepperoni Pizza and Angry Orchard w a Cinnamon Rim and I Enjoyed my visit. Servers where Great and Attentive. First time coming here and I loved it. I liked the atmosphere of the restaurant very cozy. My food was great. Our service was great even though our server was the only one working she still managed to get us everything in a timely manner as well as check if we needed anything.

Had a great experience at Bertucci’s in Chelmsford! Candace did a wonderful job handling a very busy Saturday night crowd — she stayed attentive, friendly, and on top of everything despite how packed it was. The customer service really stood out. We ordered two large pizzas, and the food was delicious and came out just right. Very pleased overall and will definitely be back!

Searching for delectable Italian cuisine in Lowell, we stumbled upon Bertucci’s. The welcoming ambiance immediately put us at ease. While the service was top-notch, the food left us with mixed emotions. The fried cheese tantalized our taste buds, but the lukewarm meatballs were a disappointment. The eggplant parmigiana, a staple I order at every new Italian restaurant, stunned me with its generous portion size. However, the eggplant was worryingly undercooked, and the spaghetti accompanying it lacked flavor and texture. To our surprise, the chicken parmigiana and smoked salmon received rave reviews from our companions.
