I used to really enjoy the Island Açaí Bowl with apples, no granola, and blueberries, but the quality has become very inconsistent. Each visit feels like a gamble—you never know what you’re going to get. I raised this concern with the manager about a month ago, yet the inconsistency has continued. Unfortunately, consistency is important to me, and this experience has been a dealbreaker. I’ll likely be taking my business elsewhere. reply to owner: The owner’s response to my initial review is disappointing and frankly misrepresents the issue. This has nothing to do with removing ingredients and compromising the final outcome of the product. Barry blends his hands down the best fountain Rochester for smoothies and fresh pressed juices. With so many delicious options it’s always tough to choose. They also have great healthy snacks making it a go to stop for something nutritious. The staff is always efficient and helpful, which makes it every visit a great experience. Whether it’s a smoothie, fresh press, juice or a ginger shot this place is a regular for me.

First time here. This place is a great place to stop. The iced coffee vanilla is very good. Husband got a smoothie and Mom got pumpkin spice. Very good. Anna is very nice. The other barista was also very nice and helped out when we needed it.

The Açaí bowl is too sweet for my liking. Kids may enjoy the extra sugar though. Toppings were good but for $14, I would look for another smoothie bowl elsewhere.

This is a nifty little shop. They have some great smoothie options, with dietary concerns clearly listed. My smoothie bowl was pretty good. Our sandwich was basic but tasty.
