Bergerac

Bergerac serves up quality classic French dishes. All of their food is cooked with high quality ingredients and they taste like you’re in France. I tried a few other classic French restaurants in Portland but this place is the best in my opinion. I love their escargot as well.

Love this small French restaurant 😋. Not a big menu but food is great along with their service. It was 5 of us and we ordered 4 starters and 3 entries then 2 desserts. I recommend reservations especially on weekend.

Had a rough week and really wanted comfort food. Escargot, clams, beef bourguignon & cassoulet were all 5 stars. Can’t wait to come back and try the other menu items!

The food here is hit or miss, hence the 3 star review. I've been here several times and a lot of the dishes are good but extremely salty. The fondue is the last thing I had there and it was so salty we barely touched it. And I'm one of those people who loves cheese so much, I usually lick the bowl clean.
