Ben's Crab Oceanside

Hand shrimp basket and gumbo. Very good. Came out hot and fresh. Frozen drinks taste good and is a good size.

Scrupulously clean restaurant. Owners were warm, management team frequented our table making sure we had a great experience. The food was excellent and the drinks were creative and well worth the money for the price point. I've been going here for years and will continue to do so. Thank you Romeo ♥️

This review is long overdue! I’ve been to Ben’s Crab twice—once with my daughter and once with the bros—and both visits were a blast. The servers were super communicative and made my daughter’s day by offering her all kinds of juices, which I appreciated. When I went with the bros, we all tried different seafood boils, and none of us had any complaints. I always go for the garlic butter—it’s so good I want to drink the whole bag, despite knowing the health risks! Drinks were also on point. I definitely need to come back soon before the weather gets crazy. Highly recommend!

We went on a weekday so it’s just me and my friend in the restaurant. We got boil seafoods and strawberry margarita. The drink was very strong and i love it! Its not the same on a weekends tho. The seafood sauce is salty and thick. I will try other flavors next time.

I ate here recently with my family because we really wanted seafood. So the pluses are that it’s a large restaurant with easy parking, lots of seating and great customer service. The food was delicious but the only reason for four vs five stars is the quantity. The portions could have been a bit bigger, but overall an excellent restaurant.
