Benihana - Temecula

Absolutely delicious! Our service was excellent and our chef was AMAZING! Everything was cooked perfectly and the chef put on quite a show! This was our first time to this location and it did not disappoint. We all had Rocky's choice which is a steak and chicken combo with grilled onions and zucchini...it was soooo good! This place has the best chicken fried rice on the planet... It was so hot and fresh! All the servers and chef were so nice and made sure we got everything we wanted! I would definitely recommend Benihana for an exciting atmosphere and great food. We will definitely come back again!

I'm a frequent flyer because they have an amazing happy hour. This visit I arrived right at 6pm so I was too late to partake. There's a new friends with benefit program where you get $50 for your bday to use at any of their restaurant groups. I decided to splurge with the ocean trio - lobster, shrimp, scallops, and I upgraded to steak fried rice. Everything was cooked perfectly. The scallops were the best taste and texture wise I've ever had, they were so delicate and not rubbery or too fishy. Steak fried rice is my new favorite. The service was phenomenal and though I dined alone at a high top table, I felt at complete peace and contrary to belief not alone at all. I've enjoyed some great dining this week (check out my Green Dragon Carlsbad review). I'll be back next week at Benihana.

Plan on waiting EVEN if you have reservations. We waited just over an hour as did many others who had reservations. Disregarding this inconvenience, the place was great. The meals we ordered were high-quality, delicious and worth the wait. We ordered two of the $39 benihana sampler meals which is a taste of a little bit of everything and it was great. Had a good time! Just be prepared to chill for awhile if it is a weekend and don't get upset. Just accept it.

Ordered online for curbside pickup. We came close to 10 minutes after our food was supposed to be ready, checked in like the text message instructed us to and waited in a designated curbside pickup parking space. After 15 minutes of waiting my husband went inside to ask about our food only to be told by staff what we’re supposed to come inside for our order. I wish we would have known that through the website (how we ordered) or through the text thread for our order. After making it home, our food was cold and the steak we ordered medium was definitely overcooked. For what I paid I was not happy with the circumstances or the food. I’m not sure if I’d come back to dine in again, but I don’t recommend curbside pickup.

Not on is July 4th a day to celebrate our independence 🇺🇸 but it’s was also our day to celebrated my husband’s 65th birthday 🎉 AND retirement on the same day. I surprised him with The Chef Experience which was awesome! Erick is the head chef and was Joel’s teacher. Joel had to go in the day before to practice a couple hours with Erick. If you’re considering something unique for someone this is it! We had a blast, lots of laughs, good food and a great group to celebrate with. A special thank you to the general manager Lisa who presented Joel with a very nice gift. Megan who was very attentive as our server and of course The Master Chef Erick! He did have to step in twice to give my husband a hand. At the he got to keep the apron and hat! It was more than we even expected! Try it, you won’t
