Benihana - Atlanta (Buckhead)

We had a luncheon here with a group of 14 and it was excellent from start to finish. The food was hot and flavorful, the chef was entertaining, and our server took great care of us—drinks, refills, and special requests were all handled smoothly. Everyone in our group said how much fun they had. Highly recommend.

My family and I made reservations for 1:15. We got here at 1:10 before we receded and we’ve been sitting at our seats for the last 30 minutes is currently 150. We still haven’t been serviced. However there are other tables that are being serviced before us, even though we were able to sit down before those tables I really come to this location because I don’t live in this area anymore however because of the wait it has been very uncomfortable in waiting this long. We haven’t even received menus since we been here as well.. the server had to go back and get menus for us and we didn’t put a order in until 2 PM although we’ve been seated since 1:15 and it seems like we’ were rushed to order our food as well . I put a one star for the food because we haven’t even had a chance to taste the foo

Horrific experience. This place is so run down and dirty. The food was prepared different than most Benihana restaurants. Unfortunately I had to stay as my husband took me out to lunch thinking it would be like the Benihana in Houston… WRONG. Rice was hard and undercooked. The filet was tough and tasteless and no vegetables. For lunch it was a $80 bill. I could have gone to Rock N Roll Sushi for way less. Avoid this place. It’s G to the O!! Loud talking, long wait for food and nothing good about it.

We stopped here on our way to Florida. We had a reservation for what we thought was this restaurant but turns out was a different location. However, they were able to seat us right away. The food was excellent, as always. The service was fine but I must say that the waiter was definitely complaining about his job and how they have to rush through their service to get to the next grill. We were supposed to get six courses and did not receive our last ice cream course. I didn't say anything because I just didn't want to wait any longer but it was a little disappointing to pay so much money and not get our tea or ice cream at the end. Our fault for not saying anything.
