I ordered a small espresso machine for my bakery from Benfatto Coffee. This is first time to have commercial espresso machine for me, so I didn't know anything about the process of ordering online. My contact was J, and he set me up with the right machine. It arrived quickly, but with minor damage on the tray system. J was wonderful and replaced the tray, no questions asked.
