You can never go wrong with Ben & Jerry’s! This location is a good one to visit for the amazing the amazing harbor views. The staff are always friendly, and go above and beyond. The ice cream always tastes amazing! To the staff that recently took care of me I was very appreciative of your help and I cannot wait to return.

Absolutely terrible customer service from a girl working there. Rude, immature, short tempered, and unwilling to accommodate. Additionally there were two other males that proceeded to laugh when we asked for additional customer service, which was also very rude and unacceptable. There was a kind worker with dreadlocks that did show proper customer service, maturity and conducted himself appropriately, which we were pleased with.

I just love the Cherry Garcia, but even I had to think about paying $8.50 for a cone. I did, and it was good, though next time should have just gone to the grocery store and bought 2containers for that price.

I normally prefer local ice cream shops but in Newport, that experience can be a hit or a miss. Ben & Jerry's at Wharf provides a reliable experience and has some great tasting flavors. It is conveniently located and the staff is patient as you decide that flavor. Coconut Seven Layer flavor is awesome.
