The staff that help with processing new passports are exceptional and will help you every step of the way.

I'm a new resident here and I only needed to print out a few things. The staff was courteous and helped me get what I needed. The only issue I had was the price for the copies. I came from MO where copies were only 10 cents/page and 25 for color copies. Here, they are double. I wasn't prepared for that.

Ms Tam is a sweetheart and was very helpful. For some reason, their WiFi has been down for 2 months which is strange for a library. But I used a work hotspot and was able to still work in a quiet environment.

This location has great service and Tam is so helpful. They have lots of great activities for kids programs that you can attend. Highly recommend checking out these programs if you have young kids.
