Bellacino's | Pizza & Grinders

Terrible management. Called in an order and the order was repeated back to me like I ordered it. I picked it up and drove home . 30 minutes away. When we got it home, we realized it had toppings we had requested not be there. I called back to the store and asked for a refund. I was declined a refund and told that they do not take accountability for the mistakes they make. I was not driving 30 minutes back to return the pizza they had messed up. Very poor management, listening skills and no accountability. I was then told by the man on the phone in a very sarcastic smart tone to have a blessed day. Rude!

Ordered by phone girls was to busy goofing off and laughing to take my correct order. Drove 35 mins to get the pizza got home just to find out they gave us the wrong pizza. I managed a many restaurants in my day and this is seriously poor service all the way the around. I give them 1 out of 10 and I would not recommend.

I've ordered pizza here twice. Both times the dough has been WAY under cooked. Something is off with their ovens. The top looks baked but the undercarriage is almost white, very doughy. The bottom of the pie needs 5 more minutes of bake time at least.

Worst food ever ate, our pizza come out burnt couldn't eat it, the employees had attitude when told them wasn't eating the pizza it was burnt, refused to give money back. The spaghetti noodles taste like rubber and I don't know why they called it grill cheese cause it surely wasn't grill cheese.

Called in a order. Was told 20 mins waited 30 paid for it then they said oops your ticket was misplaced. Had to wait another 15. Asked for a manager was told one was not there and they refused to give a discount and was told they couldn’t due anything but offer me a free drink. Will not be going back!
