Service is amazing. The pizza is delicious especially the veggie pizza. The ingredients are mouthwatering definitely a family spot to have lunch or dinner. Also, Serving Spanish Dishes and delicious Fried goods I would recommend Bella Roma II In Springfield to anyone.

I made an order near closing time. The lady that took my order over the phone misunderstood me. I placed an order for a ham & cheese grinder with bacon & mayo. How do you mess this order up? Upon picking up my order 15 mins later, when I arrived the cashier repeated the order & said 2 grinders. As soon as I corrected, the cashier, said it wasn't a problem & that she would split the order in half. After she stated to the lady that took my order on the phone, the lady came out from the back and tried making me feel bad stating that she heard me ask for 2 grinders and when she repeated the order back to me I didn't disagree. I kindly said to her, that I only asked for 1, she went to the back to get the grinder but she took longer than what I expected. When I received my food, it was cold wh

The people are nice, but the food was honestly disgusting. I did order closer to closing time, but the calzone was burnt totally disgusting and super greasy and the tortellini Alfredo that I ordered it tasted like old rotten cheese. It was super strong. I had to throw away about $40 worth of food, I was a little upset. Update: they took my phone number and kept blowing up my phone, asking to remake the food for me, but once I asked for a refund , i heard crickets. Never heard back from the owner bad business.
