If your looking for a hole in the wall food stop that specializes in one thing this is your place! Fanominal atmosphere and customer service! The gentleman that took my order talked to me about the deep history in the building and its humble beginnings. Another bonus is that their rubens are massive!
The sandwiches...Amazing and Delicious The Raisin bread ...OMG!!! And the staff .... Friendly and inviting
Good raisin bread as usual. Got a fresh turkey/swiss sandwich that was very good. Also picked up a couple tubs of cookie dough. The dough was really dry and extremely hard...the finished cookies were underwhelming, and felt bad as i threw out second tub...nobody was eating them. I'm thinking at one time, that dough was likely pretty good.
The old restaurant is open on a very limited basis. The sandwiches are still excellent.
Not what it used to be. Sandwiches dont taste the same anymore and not alot of meat on the sandwiches anymore.
