Beef 'O' Brady's

We started with the Hand Breaded Fried Pickles with Ranch, and we love their pickles. I had the Chopped Angus Steak with grilled mushrooms sautéed onions and gravy. Served with mashed potatoes and gravy and steamed broccoli. Hubby had the Toasted Chicken Bacon Ranch Sub with fries. We then shared a Chocolate Chip Lava Cookie with Vanilla Ice Cream. If you have their app, then on your birthday, you get dessert free. Our server was friendly and attentive.

Waited 45 minutes to an hour today st lunch time. Apparently there was a big table we couldn’t see ans several to go orders. When we were seated no one warned us might be longer wait today which would have allowed us to make decision to invest tge time oe not when my food came out. Chicken was way over cooked, mashed potatoes were cold and they poured hot gravy on mashed potatoes. Wont be goong back there again 11/2 hours wasted on poor foof!

We were immediately taken to a booth or table , our choice. SHANDA Our SERVER was very prompt, helpful and fast. My sister-in-law requested an all veggie salad and they had no problem accommodating. My brother in law had the spices chicken sandwich with fries. I got the corned beef slices with saurkraut with sauce and French fries. Had so much left over to take home for another meal.

The food was ok. We were a little disappointed in the fact the name of the restaurant was beef o bradys and they only had no steak selection. How do you have a name with beef in it and not have quality steaks. The atmosphere was a typical sports bar instead of a upscale restaurant. Thus the lack of good food. Our waitress Winnie made up for the low rating with her funny wit and tremendous services. She was great!

Customer service is everything. When I received my entree, the fries were cold and crunchy like they were old. The servers didn't look as though they enjoyed waiting on a big group of people. It doesn't matter how old you are, age should not be a reason for unfriendliness. Let's do better.
