I have been dying for Bear’s Cup to open, and wow… it far exceeded my expectations. As a former NYC girly, I feel like I’m on very good authority when it comes to bagels, and the New Yorker was truly, truly one of the best I’ve had in a very long time. My friend and I literally gasped over the blueberry pastry; THAT good. On top of the food, it’s one of the cutest spots, and I am genuinely so happy to have this addition to Saratoga. Highly, highly recommend. SERVICE was exceptional, so friendly! And of course, the space is ADORABLE & so thoughtfully curated. They’ve thought of all the details, the entire experience was perfect & I can’t wait to take the rest of my family & friends!!
I’ve been here at least ten times now and have tried just about everything, and every single visit has been exceptional. I’ve interacted with so many of the staff and they’re genuinely some of the kindest people I’ve ever met anywhere. It honestly surprises me every time how consistently warm and friendly they are. I truly believe a lot of the negative reviews come from a deeper resentment toward how well Bears Cup is doing, and it’s such a shame to see adults try to tear down a small, family owned business. I’m genuinely so grateful for this place because it’s my go to spot and I absolutely love it. Also, today I tried their brown butter cookie latte and I’m not kidding when I say it was the best iced coffee I’ve had in my entire life. If you love cookie butter, you need to try it. It’s
We got there right when it opened. While there were a ton of people, it seemed like things were moving efficiently. Staff were friendly and seemed to be enjoying being there. Despite the crowd, it was a pleasant atmosphere to sit and eat inside. We aurally ate 2x over the weekend. The first day, I got the BEC. It was a touch greasy from all the cheese and butter and bacon but in a yummy way. My mom got a bear claw. The next day, I went with the New Yorker (minus tomato) and cinnamon roll chai (iced, less sweet). My mom picked the BLT. We got some treats to bring home- double chocolate croissant and coffee cage muffin. There was lots of salmon and the flavor and quality were terrific so I felt the price was justified. My mom loved her BLT. The drinks are expensive but it was a tasty splurge
This cute bakery is STUNNING! The smell, the atmosphere, and the goods are out of this world! I stopped in on Wednesday to give the classic BEC on a croissant a try. And, it was everything and beyond! Then I had to go back Friday and bring some goodies home for my family. These goods traveled from Saratoga Springs to Pennsylvania.
Extremely busy bake shop that was decorated cutely for Christmas. Line was out the door before and after our visit. Full line of espresso/coffee drinks with seasonal and specialty flavor options. Fresh bagels and pastries are served until sold out. The service is quick and friendly. There is a free parking lot at the location. We ordered a sausage, egg and cheese on a sesame bagel as our only options left were sesame or poppy. The bagel was delicious with a nice chew. The egg was runny which was a turnoff. Not sure if this is the typical or rushed because of the heavy customer presence. Two iced lattes were ordered, one gingerbread and the other salted caramel mocha. The gingerbread wasn't bad but the salted caramel mocha was soooo salty it couldn't be drank. I'm sure they are still workin
