Beans & Brews Coffee House

Usually beans and brews is really good, but today I was very disappointed. I have not been to this one before. I ordered a hot latte and it was not even hot. Also, the breakfast sandwiches I ordered were not very warm either, the cheese was not even melted. Very disappointing way to start the morning when I was looking forward to good coffee. (I ordered from the drive through by the way.)

I’ve been coming here several times a week for a year, but recently I’ve noticed I have been charged different rates for the same drink I’ve been getting for months. Sometimes it’s more and sometimes it’s less. When I asked the employee, she says it’s “ always this price”… no it’s not. That’s disturbing.

Always enjoy beans and brews. Used the drive thru yesterday and one of the employees was speeding up the ordering with a tablet. And it was raining! I'm impressed by the dedication. Drink was excellent as always. Even tried a bacon, egg, croissant--couldve been better but I've had other food options that were good so just gotta find the right one.

The baristas at this location aren't very friendly to begin with but today I was genuinely upset. Our barista was rude which normally whatever I'm just here for a coffee but I asked for an iced white mocha with an extra shot and not only was it the wrong drink but there was clumps of white gunk in it and chocolate syrup settled at the bottom. I'm so done with beans and brews, every time I go they're rude or they mess up my order nearly every time. Super frustrating.

Ordered online.. showed up; Told them I was there and they said they were working on it. 20 minutes later and watching 5 people go completely through the drive through and never got my order. Horrible location!!!
