One of the dishes I ordered was exquisitely prepared, featuring tender slices of steamed chicken served over fragrant rice, with a perfectly balanced blend of savory, spicy, and sweet flavors. After three years of living in the area, we finally tried Bean Sprouts at The Avenue Viera—and I have to say, it was worth the wait! 🌿🍴 For lunch, we enjoyed: 🥥 Coconut Milk Tea (refreshing and creamy!) 🍍 House Fried Rice with Chicken & Pineapple (perfect balance of savory + sweet) 🍣 Fresh Salmon Roll (from their sushi station!) This is a cute restaurant with no frills. Plenty of parking in a shopping area, so you can walk off what you ate. The service was fast and the people were very nice. The menu labels vegetarian items, but also ask what can be made vegan. There is a happy hour menu mon-fri 3pm-6pm with drinks (alcohol & non alcoholic) and appetizers. I had the tofu drunken noodle at 4 spice level. It wasn't really spicy for me, BUT, im used to spice & have not encountered anything spicy since I moved to FL. If you like spice, ask for a 5. The food tasted fresh and delicious. There was also a table celebrating a birthday, which they brought out a treat to them with a candle. Highly recommend. Pretty pricey, but it is Viera and right in the shops. Especially the sashimi -- nearly $19 for just two a la carte orders of sashimi that were two slices of fish each. Spicy tuna roll was delightfully spicy. Sashimi was sliced beautifully and pretty thick. Still very, very expensive though compared to many other places. I had miso soup, a spicy tuna roll (not a special roll,) two orders of sashimi a la carte and one beer and it ran me almost $47.00 before tip. Service was prompt and friendly.
