Kathy can't prepared for all eventualities! The title company (for a mortgage refi) had missing information). She patiently walked me through the steps, communicated with the title company, got everything done even though the process went much longer than expected. In short, she dealt with every curve that came our way calmly and professionally, getting the job done! Highly recommend her and her husband (a veteran) -- they had come as a witness with a scanner, printer and everything needed to ensure the job gets done!
