Try the grilled Cobb salad with a bold jalapeño vinaigrette for something light and flavorful, or go all in with their classic patty melt — Texas-sized and served with sweet potato tater tots that’ll make you say “Yum!” If you find yourself anywhere near Waynesville, this is a must-stop spot for comfort food with heart and flavor.

We had breakfast at this place. Wait staff was friendly and the order came in decent time irrespective of crowd. We had “the ultimate” the scrambled egg was amazing. Pancake was top notch perfectly baked. Highly recommend this place.

Very quick to approach and offer a seat. Coffee given in less than a minute (Taste great and fresh) Menu had lots of choices, but not overwhelming. Friendly staff and extremely clean and lite well. Food mostly especially the French toast was fluffy and I opted No Raisin or Powered Sugar. I would make it a stop on my next travels worth it. Storage is starting to overflow into Lobby area and could use some improvement there otherwise a beautiful establishment.

We’ve been to The Beach Mountain Diner in Waynesville twice now — once at the bar and this most recent visit at a table — and both experiences were nothing short of exceptional. The service has been consistently amazing, and this time, our waitress Colby took especially great care of us. She was incredibly sweet, attentive, and made us feel right at home. As for the food and drinks? To die for. We’ve tried the meatloaf, club sandwich, French dip, and the Godfather — and every single dish has been outstanding. Flavorful, hearty, and clearly made with care. It’s the kind of place where you want to try the whole menu because the hits just keep coming. From atmosphere to hospitality to the food itself, this place is a gem. Can’t wait to come back and keep working our way through the menu!

We were looking for a good brunch place, and boy did we find one. We obviously checked the Google reviews, and this place was highly rated. And deservedly so. Staff is super friendly. There was a line and a wait for about 25 minutes. Everyone was nice and friendly. Once we were seated the food came out hot and almost immediately. I would highly recommend this place.
