Beach House Inn

Have not been here in a few years but the 7 years in a row that we stayed there was Fantastic. Great views. The rooms are wonderful. And the Dillon have been Super Friendly. Patti and Bill have always treated us like family. Also dealt with Mark and he had been very gracious and helpful. A great family that runs a great inn in a great spot. Hope to be back soon

Do NOT stay here and definitely do NOT have a wedding here. House is out of date with poor cleanliness and there was broken beer bottles on the sand. Half of the beach chairs were broken and not stored properly. There are utensils and condiments in the kitchen that were dirty and out dated. The owner’s son lives in the basement and stays there while guests are in the house. He was not helpful at all. The first day we decided to clean up the beach chairs and put them away in the storage bins, there were two identical containers side by side but apparently one was garbage, which was not labeled. He must have seen me put the chairs in the wrong container and sent my fiance a rude text saying “you better have a better solution than throwing away our chairs”. At the end of our stay the garbage

Let me start by saying I did NOT stay, after seeing it I left & went elsewhere. At first Host was nice, agreed to early check-in because room was ready. I ended up coming late & what I found was pretty appalling! When I got there the front door was unlocked & standing open. There's duct tape holding bathroom tiles up, floors are water damaged / stained, there was NO lock on the kitchen door so anyone could walk in from the beach. The furniture was dirty, & this place looks NOTHING like the pictures. When I told Host I didn't feel safe there, he made fun of me, gas lit the concerns & was a complete jerk sayimg "I can't help you - leave" but then no refund, even partial was offered. Ab&B agreed with me & is looking into property. I read the reviews & they were good so no clue who all those

After spending 4 days in Boaton and on Martha's Vineyard, we needed a few days of beach time to relax and soak up the sun. The Beach House Inn did not disappoint! We loved hanging out with other families, sitting on the beach in the chairs provided, storing our groceries in the quaint kitchen, and practically sleeping on the beach - that's how close we were to the water. ||We rented room 2 upstairs in the middle. It was clean, spacious and provided an unbelievable view.||Mark was our host, and he was so easy going and polite. Time slowed down when we walked through the door, and we experience the relaxation we were looking for.

Great spot on the beach in a quiet neighborhood. Seven rooms on two levels with a common living room that has a large TV with a couch and chairs. There is indoor and outdoor seating to enjoy a snack or a meal. Each room has a private bath and TV. Refrigerators are available for each room in the full kitchen in the basement. There are also shared refrigerators on each level with coffee a maker and microwave in the kitchenette on the main level next to the the shared living room. Beach and lounge chars, along with kayaks are provided.There are also a firepit on the beach close to the house, but I believe you have to purchase firewood elsewhere.There are plenty of restaurants and activities close by.
