The staff is always so friendly and wonderful every time I come in. Julie is such a delight to be around and makes wonderful mega teas. If you need an extra energy boost for the day the mega teas hit the spot perfectly.
Drove 30 minutes to use a gift card I had received as a gift but when we arrived, they were closed early due to new weekend hours, but online said they were open. They need to update the new hours online
The sweetest staff ever! Be Well Nutrition in Woodhaven was complete class and elegance in decor. Calm vibes and smiling faces, plus delicious Tiger Lily Tea and Mexican Wedding Cake Shake.

My first time going to a place like this and I can say I will definitely be back! I’m not into “earthy” teas and the staff helped me make a delicious sweet one that I LOVED! The shake was also amazing! So happy I found myself a new sweet treat that is healthy as well!
