We have been a long time customer a Bay. Area coffee buying boondox Bay, the company messed up our order on several occasions, had inconvenienced us with sending stuff back-and-forth, and now when we order, they will not accept our order or call us back customer service at this place is horrific. I will just go buy my coffee at the retail outlet.

Hello, we purchased two bags of your coffee yesterday from grocery outlet in The Dalles, Or yesterday. We mixed the two, so we are unsure of which bag the bitter bland taste is coming from. One bag is a Boondock bay 2 lb ground french roast with an expiration date of 11/07/19 while the other is a 12 oz Hawaiian blend Chocolate Macadamia nut whole bean that we ground in the store with an expiration date of 10/10/19. The bitterness and blandness of this product makes the coffee entirely undrinkable. What do we do to resolve this issue? The store is a little over a one hour one way trip, so returning it will likely not be an option until we are in the area again.

I have been purchasing the Hawaiian Hazelnut Whole Bean coffee from Bay Area for over 10 years, and I LOVE THIS COFFEE!!!!!!! I used to purchase it at Sams, but moved to the Florida Keys over 10 years ago, and it is just not available here. I recently visited Hawaii, and tasted several different Hawaiian coffees. I am sticking to the Hawaiian Hazelnut from Bay Area!!!!!! There coffee beans have such a deep aroma, I often just stand there and sniff them! This coffee is great!! I have a Cuisinart grinder coffee pot that grinds the beans, and makes the coffee, these beans are great for that!! It makes my whole house smell like a coffee shop! I am ordering more just as soon as I get thru typing this!!!! Thank you Bay Area Coffee!!!!!!
