The reason I awarded this Baskin-Robbins store a 5-star rating is the context in which the experience occurred. Two nights prior, at approximately 7:30 p.m., I contacted the store regarding an edible photo cake. I inquired about the availability of pickup at a specific time. However, the online ordering system only permitted me to select a pickup time of 48 hours later and no earlier. The employee on the phone at the time informed me that photo cakes can be delivered to the store and prepared for pickup from noon. On the day of pickup, the cake was indeed available at 2:00 p.m., as predicted by the employee over the phone two nights prior. The cake was prepared as instructed and arrived in excellent condition. This place is always filthy, out of stock of everything, and the staff never have a clue what's going on! Last night the girl actually scooped a MOTH into my ice cream and then acted like she didn't see it! My husband couldn't get any ice cream since they didn't have any spoons left and when we said something the employees looked like they were surprised that we were upset! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

This location was totally normal and had every single flavor in stock. I counted 24 flavors which is the max capacity of the coolers, plus a fridge loaded with ice cream cakes and pints. Friendly staff. There are staff shortages everywhere right now, so yeah just be patient. Not sure what the negative reviews are about. But this location compares to all the other Dunkin/Baskin Robbins combo locations I've ever been to.

Why even have this store open . Go to get a ice-cream sundae and they tell me they only have a couple flavors. Not even your typical chocolate, vanilla strawberry even. Then if you get a coffee it taste as if it was leftover from the day before. Will NEVER go back to this location again. Management needs to step up

I agree with other reviews. I have lived in Stephens City now for 2 years. We love Baskin Robbins. This location is almost always out of stock. Took my Daughter yesterday for our yearly icee cream after the first day of school. What a let down. No vanilla no choclate not even any good alternatives. Lucky to have had 6 to choose from. So much for 31 flavors. Not sure why they don't stock this store. I would hate to see it close but they don't have much to offer open.
