Sake Sushi

My family stopped in on our way back to West Virginia from a vacation in Norfolk. Decided to give this a try based on their reviews. AMAZING food. GREAT service. I do not know how they keep their prices so low!!! Very reasonable! Sushi is FRESH and all of their food was top notch. I've never had better clear soup at a sushi place and I've had a lot! It just shows how much care and attention they put into their food. Will stop again if we are ever back in the area. My wife LOVED her chicken tempura!

I've been away from this area for over six years, and was excited to get to my favorite sushi place after moving back. Sake Sushi used to have some interesting and delicious sushi creations back in the day. This visit I couldn't find my fave recipe and I've lost the picture I took of that menu so many years ago. A couple of my other favorites are still there: Black Dragon, White Dragon, and Kimono, which is superb. But I decided to try the Crazy Tuna, a combination of spicy and raw tunas with crunchy bits. It was very good, but not quite the fave recipe I've misplaced. I usually rate an Asian restaurant based on their crab rangoons and Sake Sushi has some good ones. Sake Sushi has the best rolls in the entire area in my opinion. Very reasonable menu prices. The rolls are always super fresh, the restaurant is always extra clean and great wait staff with excellent customer service. That's about as good as you can ask for anywhere. I've never had anything but an excellent meal here and alway leave satisfied. My #1 go to when I'm in the mood for sushi and other Japanese food.

Great food with great prices!! I’m not sure how they keep food cost so low but I’m very impressed! I got the chicken and shrimp lunch portion and My husband got the steak- they were huge. It was soo good! I love the dim relaxing atmosphere! This is def one of areas most hidden gems! If you’ve never been, you gotta try it!

The crab rangoons are honestly out of this world. They are SO good and the main reason I love sake. I’ve had a few different meals and I’ve enjoyed all of them. The staff that answers the phone is always friendly and so kind I highly recommend
