Blonde makes the best iced coffee is such a sweetheart and looks good doing it 😂
Location has alot of Bandaids and needs a good overhaul, young employee tonight needs to fix her mask and actually wear it when serving customers during this new mandate. Luckily food was accurate and employee was polite.
Rude and understaffed. Their cakes aren’t even that good. You’re better off going to Carvel where you will at least be treated like a human being. They can’t even tell you what kind of products they have or offer to give you a call back. Poor customer service.
Super bad experience they don’t close until 10pm and I just ordered at 8:55pm for a delivery, immediately cancelled my order very well knowing they are still open, if you’re thinking of getting delivery understand that they don’t care to uphold their business hours
