Baskin-Robbins

Been to this location a couple of times, always tons of parking, tucked away in the corner, very clean store, not a ton of seating, if you have more than two you might not be able to sit together. No outdoor seating. Friendly helpful staff, lots of flavor, and prices as expected anywhere else. Would highly recommend and return.

Great store! Their cappuccino blast far outweighs the taste of any starbucks drink. They need to open at 6 am so we can get a baskin robbins on every corner rather than starbucks. Employees are all so friendly and know my order since im always there, even if i havent seen that employee in weeks. Please keep the $5 cap blast special forever so i can go there everyday

They had so many flavors. The staff was very nice and made us feel welcome.

Horrible customer service - Do Not Purchase Here!!!! Young woman with long black hair and nose ring employee working at Arrow Hwy & San Dimas location 3pm on 08/16/2022 refused to give a fresh serving of ice cream to an elderly customer who found a long fiber of string in the first flavor, and became sick off the old, freezer burned, and bitter second flavor. Employee argued and yelled at the elderly woman customer in front of a large host of other customers, was also smiling smugly, very entitled speech, and had a poor attitude toward a customer who had already paid for edible ice cream.

The excellent ice cream here gets five (5) stars but minus one (1) star for the rudeness exhibited by the young girl behind the counter. She could care less whether I ordered or not, too bad.
