Mililani Town location is AWFUL! The place is always dirty and rubbish on the floor, but the worse part is one of the girls in there! I’ve never seen such rude customer service! Her attitude is ugly and condescending. I think she is also a cake decorator, (the one with dark hair and glasses). Maybe that’s why they keep her? Not a good reason though…. I won’t set foot in there anymore. So glad Mauka opened!

I love the Variety of Ice Cream Cakes they have. My son will be soo happy with his cake especially because it's a ice cream cake. My kids were very excited about the Coton Candy Ice Cream With Sprinkles & I thought that white Chocolate Unicorn Horn Was so cute & delicious. The hats were really cute. Celebrated my daughter's 4th Birthday today April 3rd with A Mermaid Strawberry Ice Cream Cake & It Was A Hit, My Daughter ❤Ed Everything & We Did too. Thank you again for making our son 1st Birthday Ice cream cake, it was soo good and everyone loved it.

I was so excited to get ice cream because while I was walking in the store I saw a couple who had their ice cream and it was really big scoops. I got one scoop of cotton candy ice cream and it was almost $5.00. I was floored at how small this scoop was. I’m very disappointed because this was the second time that I had the smallest scoop of ice cream but that was at Ka Makana Ali’i. While I looked around at other customers I saw how big their scoops were and they all got one scoop. I actually received the keiki cup. I’m just really disappointed because I asked for one scoop of ice cream and he gave me a kids scoop.

I always get my cakes from here, they’re always perfect. Only problem last time was the cake decorator is likely gen Z as they don’t know cursive 100% haha The cake was supposed to say “congrats to our main Mitch” but it looked more like “mair Mitch”

The worst customer service I have ever experienced every step of the way. I ordered two turkey ice cream cakes but called to cancel one order. I spent a long time with the girl on the phone (name started with a J or G I can’t remember) who clearly had no idea what she was doing. First she couldn’t find my orders and repeatedly asked me for my information over and over. Then she didn’t know how to refund me so I asked if she could refund me in person when I came to pick up my cake- she said yes and asked when I was coming to pick up and said she would be there and remember. I come to pick up my cake and she does not remember the refund. They also could not find my cake so I had to wait for 20 minutes on the side while they searched for my cake. Apparently someone labeled it wrong. I check t
