Baskin-Robbins

Ordered a cake DIY kit and both the app and website would not let me order in advance, only same day. I was attempting to order a week in advance, then again a couple of days later. So I reluctantly waited because I figured it was fine if the app and site both said the same thing. When I went at my pickup time the shop had no idea about my order and could not fulfill it at this or another nearby location. Since I ordered online neither store could provide a refund so now I have to call their 800 number to deal with it, and I have a very disappointed 7 year old on his birthday. BR/DD lost me as a customer permanently.

My wife and I visited Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins last evening to take advantage of their 31% off scoops on the 31st of the Month deal which only occurs 7 months out of the year. When I went to pay for the 4 scoops the employee didn't know anything about the deal even though it was posted in 2 places on the ice cream counter. So instead of giving me the 31% off, he gave me the 5% Senior Citizen discount instead because he couldn't figure out how to calculate it himself. Please see the attached photo in this review of my actual receipt. It should have been calculated this way: $12.38 - 4 scoops of ice cream - 3.84 - 31% discount $ 8.54 - subtotal $ .51 - 6% sales tax $ 9.05 - total sale We were charged $12.47 and overpaid by $3.42!

Gave the man a perfectly valid coupon for a milkshake... He stood there in front of me said there was no barcode and sarcastically looked me in the face and scanned a non existant barcode and laughed... I paid full price for my milkshake, got my receipt and suprise suprise got another coupon with no barcode. Both were valid and he honored nothing. Your lack of understanding on how to use your own POS should not subject me to you sarcasm or take my dollar. To be fair I was already having a bad day and I paid full price for a runny milkshake...

Visited with my son. There was only one person who was doing all and it took us pretty long time. Milk shake machine was out of order, ended up ordering something else. Overall OK except time factor.

Kids are almost always unprofessional. Not to mention the close whenever they want, dont know why they bother posting hours of operation.
