I wish I could give them negative stars. I have been here twice. The first time they said they were out of like 3 different things on the menu. The second time was this evening. The girl taking the order did not seem to know the menu, received 3 terrible looking brownie sundaes. Presented the problem to them and she just argued that she made the order correctly. REALLY?!

Terrible. The people asked 3 times what we ordered. They still got it all wrong. Mangonada had no chili, I asked because it did not look right. They obviously are not trained properly. Icecream was not served probably, and the wrong kind. We gave up.

My husband ordered me a vanilla ice cream cake with funfetti cake for my birthday. For some reason there was a layer of chocolate on the bottom and in between the vanilla ice cream/funfetti cake…I presume to secure the layers together/to the cake base? There’s a reason why I wanted vanilla on vanilla - I’m one of the few people on this planet that hates chocolate! We buy an ice cream cake at least once a year from BR (first time at this location) and have never had this happen anywhere else. It’s really disappointing as this is the closest location to us and it was for my birthday. I’m having to destroy this beautiful cake to make it edible!

Wow! My family and I just had a great time with Malarie and getting our ice cream for the day! What a wonderful experience she gives with serving you! Not only was the service great, but the interactions with Malarie were great! We will definitely be back to this Baskin Robbins location for the ice cream and the great customer service! But, I did get a bit more ice cream than I should have.....but, it was delicious 😋

Terrible experience. Ordered two medium milkshakes without whipped cream. Took awhile. When delivered through drive through they had whipped cream. Asked for it to be taken off. He did but milkshakes BOTH were nothing but milk. Did he whip the cream in? Are they always made w no ice cream? $12 for inedible food.
