The staff is always friendly and the service is always great. It actually resulted in everyone talking with one another while we enjoyed our Ice cream. As opposed to being on the phone, we actually had a conversation with complete strangers over ice cream. Because of amazing service.

Shoutout to Mariah working in the Horsheada location all by herself tonight. She rocked walk in orders, pick up orders, and door dash orders all while still being pleasant and kind. Great hustle and great attitude Mariah! 👏 The ice cream was great too!!

Just tried to get ice cream here. Two younger guys in hoodies with their hoods up we’re working. There were 2 employees working when I went in. There was one other customer in the store. Neither employee acknowledged me or the 6 people who walked in after me. I waited for about 5 minutes for them to make 2 shakes. One then started helping the customers behind me. I finally left without ordering. At least acknowledge a customer and not let them sit there for 5 minutes and then help others behind them. Won’t be back and it’s not because of the product but because of the staff.

Stopped in 9 minutes before closing time on a wednesday night. The young woman behind counter was as sweet as could be. She didn't make us feel rushed or like we were inconveniencing her at all. That's rare these days, when you stop in close to closing time. Ice cream and waffle cones were awesome. Would definitely go back.

Nice and friendly staff with different flavors, which we don't have in Canada
