Baskin-Robbins

I hate leaving bad reviews, but I had to make an exception for this place. I've given it tons of chances over the years, but every time I get a scoop of ice cream here, it's freezer-burned. Like... you're Baskin Robbins, literally all you do is sell ice cream. Stop mistreating your ice cream.

Placed an online order for a birthday cake to be picked up in 3 days and it was ready when I went to pick it up, no issues. Cake was made exactly as ordered (the caramelelectric cake with chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream with chocolate cake base) and looked GREAT just like on their website! It was really good and the birthday person loved it! Would order more cakes in the future.

Good ice cream cakes if you're in a hurry. BR has a good selection of cakes already made in store and available for pickup. You can also pre-order ahead.

I went in and bought a cake there and it had no expiry date whatsoever then I phoned in and the lady told me we throw out cakes after 1 week don’t worry. Then after a few days another guy called me and said our cakes can even last one month in the fridge no problem. So disappointed I wasted $19 on the cake. Not buying there again.

A bare-minimum store sharing space with a Dunkin', this B&R had a disappointingly small selection of flavors and products. The fellow staffing it when we visited was surly and borderline rude. Although the ice cream was tasty we are unlikely to return.
