Service was awful. Ice cream was melted and they just acted like we were a bother.. everything we asked for they said they didn't have. Never coming here again. If I can figure out how to post a pic of my 1 scoop ice-cream in a cone I will. It was ridiculous... about 4 inches of cone with nothing in it

I just to get me a milkshake was asked to pull into one of the reserved spots for drive thru, no problem there. There was another vehicle waiting also. Employee bring the other vehicle what he thought was there order. Then brought me what he thought was mine. When I saw the dark color I asked him if this was the strawberry one. He said the ticket said Oreo. I told him I ordered the strawberry. He went back to the other vehicle, because they hadn't left yet. That customer had already put a straw in what they thought was their drink. The employee tried to bring me that drink that the other custome had already put the straw in. I asked the employee to remake it, because the other custome has put the straw in and could have also taken a drink. The employee tried to argue and say the other cust

We paid 17 dollars for crap. Their scoops are more like a table spoon instead of a scoop. And the rude kid that brought out the ice cream needs to be fired. I will just go to Sonic from now on

When the ice creams were brought out they were melted. I argued with someone over the phone to label them once they were remade. Apparently that's impossible. Imagine trying to decipher three different flavors of brown ice cream covered in toppings.

Very rude and disrespectful to my husband. 6-20-25. No one knew what the difference was between and malt and shake. Had to ask for a straw . The girl that brought it out was very rude when he asked for a straw to drink it with... do not recommend
