I ordered a custom cake and when I go pick it up right before my party, it looked nothing like the ones I ordered. In the beginning it took them so long to find the cake, I had a feeling they didn't have the cake. When they bright out my cake, it looked nothing like the cake I ordered, they probably just took a generic cake and put our writing on it quickly. The store associates said they had to call the manager, I waited for 30 mins for them to talk to the manager. They finally admit they messed up, and offer a refund. I took the refund because the cake is ugly and looks nothing like the one I ordered. But I'm left with no cake for my party. We stopped by this Baskin-Robbins last August with my wife and two of our good friends — and it turned out to be such a fun, feel-good visit that we still talk about it. The staff was friendly, the service was quick, and everything we ordered was perfect. I went for a double scoop in a cone (cookie & cream on top, something nutty on the bottom!) and my friends grabbed cups with their favorites. The ice cream was fresh, full of flavor, and served with care — no mess, no rush, just smiles. I ordered a cake for my daughter's birthday and when I went to pick it up early morning as specified in their email, I was told that the person who had to prepare the cake was unwell and the cake was not made. Neither I had prior information nor an apology. The worst professional service

Every single time I make an order of latte or cappuccino never has foam. HOT coffee NEVER HOT and most of the time tastes like milk not coffee! It’s always warm . And when you asked the employees you want hot coffee they respond rude by saying that’s how it supposed to be! People ask for HOT coffee not WARM. Never fix it. And their tables always nasty they never clean the tables .

We ordered banana split and ice cream scoops were so small. 3 scoops combined would be the size of 1.5 scoops. When I asked about the size, the associate just said that is the size of the scoop and it looks big in the picture. We could have just bought 3 scoop ice cream instead of a banana split which would have been worth the money.
