Baskin-Robbins

I’m not sure in what world this looks like the same cake. But wow. How extremely sloppy. Almost $60 for this messy cake and they couldn’t even use capital letters. The manager on duty that I spoke with said this looked fine to her. I will never order here again. This is horrendous. Not even the correct colors I asked for! The options they gave me were bring back and refund and purchase a new one- pickup another time (the birthday party is today!). Or I can purchase one for the same price in freezer but will not be custom. Absolutely ridiculous. Do not order here!

I came tonight for a pick up order. I can't even describe how sad of a scoop of ice cream this is.... This is supposed to be a sundae. No whipped cream, barely any hot fudge. This is more like a sample. I got literally one scoop made into two. I don't even have a full cup of ice cream. It still shows the bottom of the cup in a large size cup. I dont think i will ever come to baskin again because this is ridiculous and a waste of money.

Haven't been to a Baskin-Robbins since I was a kid and it was as good as I remembered. High quality ice cream with delicious flavors. I'll be back.

Do not recommend for custom cake orders. Ordered a custom cake two days ago for my son's birthday. Went to pick it up and the assistant manager who I placed the order with could not find the cake or even the order slip she filled out. She made it right by giving a refund which I appreciate. But, we still have no cake for a birthday celebration. Lucky for us, the Bountiful location has at least the flavors we want in a ready made cake. Also, I have ordered many cakes from the Layton location and never had one "lost."

Our ice cream was delicious—creamy, fresh, and packed with flavor. I highly recommend trying Beach Day this summer—it was amazing! Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we’ll definitely be coming back. Great job to the team there for making our visit so yummy and enjoyable!
