Absolutely horrible experience. Last night, I visited this location with my sister and the wait was absolutely unacceptable. When we placed our order, we were the only customers in the building. A couple of two women later came in, and it took them around twenty minutes just to get a box of donuts. For my order, took ten minutes for a simple donut just sitting on a rack, and a refresher took around fifteen minutes. Keep in mind, they were not busy. The employee was just walking around the kitchen not working on anything, and he spent a concerning amount of time in the bathroom. Once coming out of the bathroom, and a few more minutes, he was unable to do something as simple as scooping out the ice cream for me and my sister, overall a very incompetent employee, who in my opinion, needs to b

HOW is an ice cream company out of CHOCOLATE ICE CREAM ALL THE TIME!!!!!. There's 2 main flavors; chocolate and vanilla. How do you not have them??? 8 out of 10 times my fiance and I stop by here they don't have chocolate!!! Then the lady/ girl working the drive thru was nasty "we don't have that! Try again"!!! Nice customer service!!!

Ordered a door dash order "#5091" and after the order had been accepted and the driver had arrived we get a call from the dasher saying the banana and chocolate for the banana split were out of stock and the chocolate for the shake was as well. Got completely stiffed as they felt 3 scoops of ice cream was a sufficient financial replacement for a banana split. As for the shake I was told I can only get an oreo if I wanted coffee so I was literally forced to settle for something I didn't want. IF YOU DON'T HAVE IT, SIMPLY DON'T ACCEPT THE ORDER. Incompetent.

Every time I order a banana split they always tell me that they don't have bananas. I can understand maybe once, but not every time.

Brought my daughter for ice cream. The Blue haired girl behind the counter told us they had no toppings and no cones. She also seemed amused to be telling us this. I will never go there again. Only gave it one star because there is a Dairy Queen next door that was excellent.
