It was so hot the day we went to Costa Mesa. We saw a Baskin and Robbins and were in heaven. Parking was so easy in their nice clean and safe lot. The place inside and out was ever so clean. They all have a great selection and they love to add new things, especially for kids. My favorite is their World Class Chocolate and they always have it. My grandson loves the more kid flavors and this month they have some purple thing that he just loved. You can eat there if you want or take it to go. They also sell pints and ice cream cakes which are always great. They have some there or you can special order. The place is just adorable and it is cool inside. The service is fast and very nice. They keep the whole area clean. They know all their offerings and will even let you taste some if you wan

Great place for daddy-daughter dates. The staff is absolutely awesome. I always forget to bring cash to tip the servers, they deserve it! As far as ice cream is concerned, you can’t beat their selection of frozen goodness. On a hot day, the AC, cool treats and friendly experience is worth your while.

Bought an ice cream birthday cake and found melted when home. No ice packs or any insulation solution provided, just with bare cake box. Ruined the day!!!

Very dissatisfying and sad. I went into the Costa Mesa Baskin Robbins next to Dominoes, for my daughters birthday. Says on their website you can get a free scoop of ice cream for a birthday. The cashier told us they don’t do that, they said you have to sign up for the app, and maybe they’ll give it to you, that’s the only way. I then said we have an ID that shows it’s her birthday. She said it doesn’t matter no free ice cream for her. The sad thing for the company is I was going to get a shake, and also a birthday ice cream probably spend about 80 bucks there. Because they were so rude about not giving a free ice cream and upsetting my daughter we just left. I told him on the way out I was going to buy a cakeFrom them but they didn’t care.
