Baskin-Robbins

First and final time coming here. I ordered a mint chocolate chip ice cream cone, and I thought the ice cream cone was going to be filled with more ice cream then just the cone... well I was wrong and it was very dry. Very disgusting. If you want ice cream, skip this place cuz its not good at all.

I come here daily and the staff is EXCELLENT 💯 WELCOME EVERY CUSTOMER, EVERY TIME 💪🏼 HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COFFEE/ICE CREAM SHOP ☕ 🍦

Went in ordered to quarts this is how I received them. People never want to serve you at this location minus a select few. Ridiculous!

Sorry it’s long, buckle up. 🤣 This location has become a bit of a joke in our family. “It was bad, but was it as bad as that one Baskin Robbins?” 😂 We stopped while on vacation. We decided the sign must be upside down bc their “31 flavors” were actually only 13. 😆 That’s fine, still plenty of options… but then they were out of SO MANY THINGS… much of which they didn’t inform us of until after we’d paid. We weren’t sure which end to go to so we went to the ice cream counter since that’s what we were there for. We were the only customers there yet we still stood there for several minutes without anyone coming to help. It turns out the guy working was standing looking at his phone at the Dunkin register waiting for us to come to him. He finally leaned over the counter and rudely asked us if w

I’ve been going here for the past 5 years and keep giving it a chance…it always fails they only have 2 flavors chocolate and vanilla. The employees have no clue what customer service is. At this point, I think they should shut BR down and make it just a Dunkin’ Donuts. The last time I had roaches in my ice cream.
