Ran by a bunch of teenagers. Looks like one had her boyfriend in and took her time then the only other people were me and my kid, they just continued to ignore us while we patiently waited at the counter. We waited a few minutes and then left, wont be back. Also, the little straight up told a lady that was working "no" when she asked if he was gonna help. So might wanna talk to the kids you employed

Sweetest girl waited on me. Great hours! Awesome customizable options. Can have them mix a banana into your shake, which is a nice alternative when smoothie shops aren’t open.

Was sarcastically told to "enjoy my dinner" when handed my milk shake for some reason... Which was just such an odd thing to say to someone when you work at an ice cream shop.

was feeling skinny, so i decided to get two kids scoops instead of the regular scoops and i was very pleased . thank you to the friendly staff that made my ice cream waffle cone picture worthy . was offered napkins before i left which was a plus. the space was very nice looking and looked pretty clean

Terrible service, we stopped to get ice cream for Father’s Day! The girl at the window gave our ice cream to the car in front of us then tried to give us melted ice cream that had been handled by someone else in there car. When he told her he would like fresh unhandled cones she took his cone and wiped it off with paper towel and gave it to him again. He ask for a manager and was told no one was there, ask the girls name and was told no. Also the other girl wouldn’t give her name either plus told him good luck with that. Someone really needs to do something about the service at this branch. He was very polite and friendly even though he was treated like he was stupid. Very rude service don’t think I’ll be going back.
