The staff working there are just rude. They forgot to write my son’s name on his birthday cake but never offered to fix it. I just got blank stares so after an awkward moment I just said okay it’s fine his name is not on there. I thought they gave me the wrong size cake and instead of looking up my order for me I had to go back to the car to get my phone to look myself. But the order was correct other than forgetting to write my sons my name. 35 bucks even in today economy 40 if you count tax was a lot for the tiny cake I got but my son had been getting that same came cake for at least the last 10 or 12 years. I went to the frozen fridge to look at other cakes thinking I might need to buy one of those options in addition to what I have and I was in the pathway from behind the counter to

Lily greeted us with a warm smile offered a sample and provided excellent customer service the store was very clean a very relaxing experience

It was cool don't really have any complaints they kind of seem agitated when you want to sample stuff but other than that it was great

Walked in both workers standing in back looked at me and continued to watch tv or they phone. I had to step back so someone can come help. Always like this when these two workers are there

Good dessert but rude staff. Literally kicked us out of the chairs at 9:40 pm when it didn’t close until 10 pm. Pretty sure they won’t be getting our patronage again and our group easily spent over $100!
