Barrington Public Library

Beautiful looking area. Beautiful buildings. However, it shows that they are open. When you walk up to the door. It says that they're closed so you may want to update that. Or maybe today is a different story but it's Sunday and it's 12:45. This will be open until 4:00 according to your website

I come here often to study, it's a beautiful library. This library has an excess of computers, quiet workspaces and areas for both children and teens. Also, great playground outside, great scenery and a cute little pond and gazebo too!

My toddler loves the playground here. There is also a path down to a beach. The library does not push an overt social agenda, which is refreshing compared to others. This is a great place for kid activities.

Truly a gem of the community and it boggles my mind anyone would rate this library less than 5 stars. Those that do or had a poor experience, I would recommend attending a library in any other metropolitan area and compare your experience. Incredibly helpful staff and the children’s wing (practically an entire floor) is unmatched except by other wonderful Rhode Island libraries.
