Bari Food Cart Pdx

Wonderful gentleman who runs the stand makes delicious desserts and provides a wonderful dining experience with the soft amber lighting around the food cart. Excellent spot for a bike date, or otherwise. Prices are fair, flavors are incomparable, get here early for the connoli!

Favorite Portland eatery! Having recently traveled to Bari, where Walter is from, I can honestly say he makes better Panzerroti than you’ll find in Italy. Perfectly fried, crispy on the outside side, chewy inside. The filling is great but it’s the perfectly cooked dough that’s the star. Best eaten hot and fresh as soon as hands them to you. Mangia Mangia!

The owner is from Italy and his energy is unmatched. He's super friendly, puts love into his food, and it really shows. All of the food we ordered was created to order, and very fresh. The wait was more than acceptable, and his new space is surrounded by some impressive food trucks and some areas for arcades. Plenty of space to sit and eat, or to do takeaway.

Perfect panzerotti! This fried pizza from the stiletto heel of Italy is as good or better than I had when I was there. This man knows his dough, he cooked it perfectly, and the fillings were perfectly southern Italian; oh-so-good! Mama Mia, I even loved his cannoli, which I never have before!

The cannoli blew my mind And combined with the panzerotti Bari was a tour de force in texture. I could live in the orange zest of the cannoli and that crispy edge of the panzerotti made me giddy.
