I hate leaving bad reviews but it looks like there reviews at very dated. I ordered a set of knives Oct 10th, I was told the order would go out the following Monday. And it would take about 10 days. After 10 days I called to check the status, she told me they were just taking a while To get here and that she would double check and call Me back. Never got a call. This process happened 3 more times. I said email if that easier never got a call or email back. Finally called another time said they were just taking a while to ship. The next time I called she told Me they only put order into this company when several of their stores have order to cut the cost on shipping charge.
