Paul and his team deliver the best barbecue. Barber’s Q supported us during a corporate event with over 100 employees and food was hot, delivered on time, and with everything needed to throw a great party. Easy to work with and great communication. Hands-down, fantastic brisket and the best in Augusta! Will continue to use!!

After eating Barbers Q, I will never feel the same eating at any other bbq place! His brisket is on point: nice bark, amazing smoke filled flavor, tender and juicy! The ribs have an delicious rub and smoke flavor so make sure you get two racks because they will go fast! 10/10 service and cooking! Be on the lookout for his cooking announcements! Anytime I receive an email notification for an upcoming event, our whole house is ready for a meal prep provided by Barber's Q. With a family of five and three kids that are picky eaters, finding one location that everyone is happy with is quite a challenge. Barber's Q has risen to the challenge and succeeded. Items we have purchased with individual reviews are below. Pork Butt: This one is my personal favorite. It provides a flavor profile that isn't overpowering or too saucy. It is the perfect balance of flavor and the ability to add whatever sauce I want with the smokey element. I can add it to a roll and eat it solo. It does freeze and thaw well without compromising the flavor. Texas Style Brisket: This one is my better half's favorite. We always overshoot when ordering and have left
