Barberitos

i would love to give this location no stars but sense it isn’t possible… the staff is so insanely rude. this business stole 17 dollars from my girlfriend after refusing to do her togo order and got mad at me for not waiting through the line to pick up my togo order. business is dirty. manager wouldn’t refund or make the order. toilet’s overflowing, and miserable staff. the same as chipotle except they make you feel like a disappointment here. the manager is absolutely ridiculous. the two younger girls were the best ones here.

The manager was extremely disrespectful and chased me and my friends down because of a water Cup incident that wasn’t even true he threatened to kick us out multiple times, even though we paid for our meals. He is so weird. He had a ponytail and glasses and made us feel very uncomfortable.

I’ve been to this location several times and generally the treatment I’ve received from the employees has been the same (not very good) but today was the worst they’ve ever treated me so I had to leave a review. First of all, when I first walked in, there were bugs crawling across the wall by where they make the food. The restaurant in general has never seemed all too clean. I came with my dad one time who literally does restaurant and food factory inspections for the government and while he wasn’t there to work and inspect them, he did notice that there were several things that wouldn’t pass inspection. But back to the treatment the employees gave me, my experience was specifically with I think the manager, the taller guy with glasses and longish brown hair, but I could be wrong about him

I can say I am a little biased towards this Barberitos because I do know the manager, but, that being said, I have been to a couple other locations and the quality and taste have varied. This particular location has a high quality of food and service. It tasted delicious and despite the small town based around a college was nearly empty, this establishment had quite a few locals patronizing this business.

I love their food it’s amazing and not overpriced only thing I don’t like is when I’ll order online for delivery y’all never put a straw forks or napkins in a bag . I always order a bowl And then I have no way to eat it.
