Bamboo Asian House (Morehead City)

Best Asian Restaurant within a 30 mile radius (at least). This place has been a game changer ever since they opened here. Everything on the menu is top quality, the atmosphere is very cool and quiet. The service is top quality.

We went on a Monday evening to celebrate a birthday. Service and atmosphere were awesome. I ordered hibachi and it wasn’t my favorite, wish I would have ordered sushi seems to be their main attraction. Hibachi was greasy and I wish the veggies were cut a little smaller.

Bamboo provides consistently excellent high quality food, a good value for the price, and the staff and owner are extremely kind. They really seem to care about making their guests happy. The atmosphere is calming and beautifully decorated. Bring your whole family! You will be happy you did!!!!

Great variety of Asian food options, from Fried rice, noodles to sashimi and sushi. They have lots of non raw option in the rolls for those looking for something other than raw fish. I had the American sushi plate which was tuna, yellow fin and salmon. She had the angry bird roll, which was unique in that is uses a soy bean wrapper in lieu of a sea weed. Both were excellent. They have been open for about 8 weeks so they still have some front of house issues, but service was good and place was clean. Word of advice, if you get cold in restaurants, do not sit on the perimeter wall of the restaurant, the vents seem to be mainly there and it's COLD.

Very good food, our server was helpful however she was very obviously new, only real miss in service was the first 10 minutes we sat at our table no one really knew who was supposed to be our server. After that our server was attentive and responded well to our needs. We put our orders in and the food came out admittedly it took a little longer than I would have wanted but I expect some kinks that need to be worked out in a brand new restaurant. The food was the high quality I've come to expect from the Bamboo house in Swansboro. This location is much closer to my house and I plan on returning often.
