Priyanka’s cupcakes from Balanced Bakes are seriously SO good! The cake is super moist and she nailed each of the holiday flavors. She has truly found the recipe to make gluten free and low carb baking taste AMAZING…I could not even tell that I was enjoying a treat that was so much better for me! I’m so happy have found Balanced Bakes and can’t wait to order again and again!

You guys. Her flavors are INCREDIBLE!!! The espresso is amazing, and I LOVE the spiced! My favorite thing about Balanced Bakes is the care that goes into crafting each batch. They don’t spike my blood sugar, and taste wonderful! I can’t wait to try the spring flavors!

I was so happy to try the holiday edition mini's flight! All of the flavors were absolutely delicious and the perfect size to have a sweet treat following a meal. Priyanka is so kind and I would absolutely recommend her cupcakes!

"We hired Balanced Baked for a custom 3-layer chocolate espresso cake, and honestly, I’m blown away. We needed it to be both sugar-free and egg-free, which is usually a recipe for a dry or bland cake, but this was incredible. You would never guess it had those dietary restrictions—the texture was moist and the flavor was rich. Beyond the taste, the design was exactly what we wanted, and the cutting/structure held up perfectly (didn't crumble apart like some specialty cakes do). I am pre diabetic and ate the cupcakes from balanced diet at a party . Wow it was so yummy thought that it could not be no sugar added and gluten free . But after eating my sugar levels were normal so we can eat it guilt free . I would surely recommend balanced baked for its devine taste and quality.
