Appt time: 10am Arrived:1430 Departed: 1500 My truck had mechanical issues that made me late for my delivery. I arrived 30 minutes after closing and they still unloaded me. I’m very grateful for the understanding and helpfulness this customer showed me. The last mile, you will travel down narrow road. The customer will be on your left. Small docking yard but you can maneuver on the property to set up for driver side back. Overall, 5/5

At Cake Art in Salisbury, we have been using this company for over 15 years and with the change of ownership we have experienced lots of shortages and difficulties. The bright side is the BEST driver ever Donta Taylor - he is always on time, helpful, friendly and has a positive attitude. He is great about contacting us before his arrival to make sure we are prepared. What a great employee to have on your team.

7.5 Hours. 5:30 in and 13:00 out. Delivered first time over here. This place got a lot of good comments. Thought unloading process will be quick. All the locals pick up and local deliveries under one hour. They made me wait for a door for six hours. Called the office and spoke to friendly young lady. She said that she will fix it, and she did, two hours later. Forklift drivers doesn't care. They pick who they want. Is no line here. Be ready!!!

I have been a customer for over 20 years. I own a small bakery and hate to write a negative review after all these years, but have to say things at the warehouse have gotten bad. It clearly seems like a staffing issue and hopefully will get worked out. Maybe they need to clean house and get some younger more motivated workers who want to work. The girls in the office are doing their best under the circumstances. This company has been around for a long time and I hope they can keep the warehouse open for pick ups.

Great place to deliver a live load. In and out in about a hour I'd turn around at the front when you enter parking lot. Its a pretty tight to get turned around for a driver side back buy the docks. Just turn right soon as you enter and than back up to the docks in the back.
