Bake

I normally love this spot but the quality of goods has gone down significantly. I picked up an assortment of pastries and out of the five pastries; the strawberry shortcake was completely inedible. The strawberries look extremely old, parts of it are growing mold and it looks wrinkly. I took a picture of the pastry next to a freshly cut strawberry in my kitchen for reference. This could make someone severely sick so please double check and replenish your pastries daily.

A taste of Italy for sure! This bakery had such a friendly staff and really nice atmosphere I ordered my daughter’s birthday cake also with pastries and cookies which all of my guest still can not stop talking about how fresh all the desserts were! Of course I had to bring home some of their fresh breads from their bread wall that looks amazing and sure of enough it was a 10/10 plus had the best prosciutto bread! On the way out I did have an iced coffee which I loved! If you haven’t been here it’s a must try for sure & I’ll definitely be coming back

I asked for a butter roll and I’m Portuguese and we are known to have a butter roll in the morning so I went to try out bake in summit here and I asked for a butter roll and she said sure I didn’t pay attention to when she was getting the bread nor preparing the butter roll . She puts it in the bag and says here you go all set . I get to my car and this is what I got !!! This little Micky mouse piece of bread that you can eat with one bite. This is pathetic!!!!! The have to do better then this. what the heck am I supposed to do with this won’t even fill me up . Can’t believe this was 2 dollars should be 50 cents it’s not even half of a regular size roll this is a mini roll !! Just wow 1st and last time for that .

I ordered a Napoleon cake, cookies with a Beatles theme and cake pops for my husbands 65th birthday and everything was both beautiful and absolutely delicious. I will definitely be ordering from BAKE again.

Small but lovely place. You can find a lot of great stuff (breads, desserts, cookies and the best part many of them Gluten Free.). The coffee it’s really good.
