Sam’s Delicatessen Summit

I just started coming here and I have to say, I wish I had discovered this place sooner! It’s conveniently located right upstairs from where we take our taekwondo class. The food exceeded my expectations — the avocado toast is absolutely delicious. I also really appreciate that they offer gluten-free options and turkey bacon for my daughter. The atmosphere is very nice and quiet, making it a perfect spot for breakfast. Highly recommend!

I really enjoy coming to Sam’s Deli when I’m in the area. It’s in a less crowded part of Summit downtown (compared to the train station area), and they have a very clean and spacious seating area with large windows. It’s a big plus that the music isn’t too loud. All in all, it’s a great place to have coffee and get work done. On past visits I only had time for coffee; today, on my third visit, i finally got to try one of their sandwiches — I had a mushroom, veggie, and feta omelet on a multigrain roll — and it did NOT disappoint. Freshly prepared, tasty and comforting. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. Looking forward to coming back and trying more of their menu items!

Starting a new job in a new city can sometimes be hard because of horrible food selection Sam delicacy has totally changed that outlook for me initially searching for the perfect Deli was hard in Summit until I stumbled across this place in a small plaza. Their BLT sandwiches are delicious and you can tell they don’t use additives and it’s gourmet food. Thank you so much.

Absolutely the best bagels!! Prefer this location to all other Summit delis/bagel locations (and there's a lot!) Coffee is amazing too. A little on the pricier side, but worth it to support local businesses, and you won't regret it!

Really poor experience. No greeting when we arrived. Took 30 mins for them to make a sandwich. No acknowledgement of us waiting - and it wasn't even busy! The place was dirty as well. Surprised it's so highly rated. Food was good, but definitely not coming back.
