I purchased through Uber eats, I’ll never be purchasing again, I’m not sure if the money is funny or what but these oxtails is tuff and not tender, the brown gravy has taken a vacation apparently and season seems to be hiding. I’ve ate from people who lived in Jamaica and the oxtails are authentic. These oxtails, don’t have the brown gravy that sticks to the meat and taste unseasoned. I know good oxtails when I see them. The gravy wasn’t there and whatever was there seemed to be very watery. A lot of corners when making this oxtail seemed to be cut and I’m trying to understand why it gives a bologna aftertaste. I will never order again from this place.

Good spot for a Jamaican food taste is not very different from your restaurant chain Like Donna's or Golden crust but the lunch special plate is big and for five dollars you cannot beat it

Good food. Usually consistent. Only a couple times did they have stale food. Very solid place to grab a meal.

This is my first time eating at this place and the food is amazing. I ordered curry goat and it was cooked to perfection! I also bought a natural juice called “Mia’s” and it was refreshing and tasty. The staff were nice and efficient as well. I am officially making this restaurant my “go to”. Thank you.

I like the atmosphere of this place, but I ordered on doordash for pickup so I didn’t sit in. EDIT: My review on the food: not good, ended up feeling super nauseous after the fact. I would not eat here again or recommend it to anyone to try. Also did not taste authentic. Rice and peas didn’t taste like they had any coconut milk or thyme. The brown stew wasn’t good, tasted like cafeteria or tv dinner food. The scotch bonnet tasted like habanero instead of pure scotch bonnet. This review is based off the brown stew chicken n rice and peas. My mom’s fried fish came cold and she said it tasted refrigerated. The fried cassava had a playdoh flavor. Overall cafeteria quality food. My mom’s rice n peas 1000x better. 1/5.
